Friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

We enjoyed our accommodations and cleanliness of suite also close in proximity to our relatives. The staff was so helpful in locating the neighborhood of our relatives. The continental breakfast was better than any we could have eaten in a restaurant, apples oranges, bananas, yogurt, cereal,peanut butter, bagels and cream cheese coffee and juice and I could go on and on. Halls outside the room needed sweeping.

This hotel is moderately priced for the area, and a nice family hotel.

Staff was very nice. The suites" were a large room divided by a wall unit. But I did not expect a suite, so it was just fine."

Two stories with only stairs. Staff changed the room to ground floor as one of us is handicapped.

Wonderful within the parameters of what it is. Did not expect the Waldorf, it was not, but just fine for a 2 star.
